Description: |
Rhizome erect, short. Fronds monomorphic, tufted, subcoriaceous, with proliferating buds. Stipe 45-55 cm long, greyish streaked or reddish, grooved, base set with large light brown lancéolate scales . Lamina 2-pinnatifid with long pinnatifid terminal segment, 45-60 × 20-30 cm, with a proliferating bud on the lower or on both surfaces; lower pinnae deltoid in outline, apex tapering to a sharp point, 15-20 x 12-14 cm, basiscopicaly developted, petiolate, spaced; apical segment deltoid in outline, apex pointed, lobed; rhachis winged at the top; lower surface with short hairs; veins anastomosing, veinlets not included, areoles alongated. Sori at the end of a vein; indusiate. |
