Leafless saprophytic terrestrial, up to 60 cm high, growing from a spongy, tuberous rhizome c. 5 cm long. Inflorescence 12-20 cm long, laxly several to many-flowered. Flowers drooping, not opening wide, whitish to dull pink with purple or dull red spots. Sepals and petals similar, lanceolate, 9-12 mm long. Lip ovate c. 10 mm long with two crests along the length; spur blunt,3-4 mm long. |
